Check sheets are used to provide a summary list of courses for each major.  Since the requirements for majors change, the check sheets also change.  You are must use the check sheet that corresponds to the year you matriculated, or entered the school, unless otherwise advised.  From this page, you can access School of Business Administration check sheets for all undergraduate business majors.

All files are PDFs. Some of the forms are interactive -- you can complete the forms at your computer before printing them out, save them to a file, or send them as an attachment to an e-mail correspondence.  The latest check sheets are not interactive at this time, but we anticipate they will be at some point in the near future.
