LIFE ON CAMPUS
Nearly 80 percent of our freshmen live in one of our residence halls. Living on campus can be an important part of your college experience. We have a variety of living options for our freshmen students including the following residence halls:

Ronson Hall 
Partridge Hall 
Fortess Hall
Scholler Hall

Each residence hall includes:
  • Lounges with kitchen facilities
  • Televisions in common areas
  • Laundry facilities
  • Vending Machines
  • Study Lounges
  • New students who enroll in Fall 2011 and after, whose permanent address is outside normal commuting distance to Philadelphia University (est. 30 miles), are required to live in university-owned or leased-housing for their first two years of enrollment.

    Exceptions are made for:

    Students who live with family members (confirmation required)
  • Students over the age of 20 at the point of enrollment
  • Military veterans
  • Married students
  • Students with children
  • Transfer students who have 2 or more semesters at another college at the point of enrollment
