Nearly
80 percent of our freshmen live in one of our residence halls.
Living on campus can be an important part of your college
experience. We have a variety of living options for our freshmen
students including the following residence halls:
New students who enroll in Fall 2011 and
after, whose permanent address is outside normal
commuting distance to Philadelphia University
(est. 30 miles), are required to live in
university-owned or leased-housing for their
first two years of enrollment.
Exceptions are made for:
Students who live with family members
(confirmation required)
Students over the age of 20 at the point of
enrollment
Military veterans
Married students
Students with children
Transfer students who have 2 or more
semesters at another college at the point of
enrollment
