Summer START Links for:All new day undergraduate students joining the Philadelphia university community take part in one of several START programs offered throughout the summer months. The Summer START (Student Transition, Advising, Registration & Testing) Program is designed to do exactly what it implies: get students off to a fresh start as they begin the next phase of their lives. Commuter and resident students attend a two-day program and spend one night on campus. START is designed to be a supportive and informative introduction to the university, its programs, and its community.
We provide several summer opportunities for students and families to participate in the summer START program to help make the transition to Philadelphia University as seamless as possible. Since spaces in the summer orientation program are limited and filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, students and families should complete the online reservation process as soon as possible to help ensure the most convenient session.
