PALCI E-ZBorrow

What is PALCI E-ZBorrow?

The Pennsylvania Academic Library Consortium, Inc. (PALCI) E-ZBorrow lets you simultaneously search the catalogs of over 50+ academic libraries, and directly request and borrow books not available at the Paul J. Gutman Library. E-ZBorrow is currently not available for requesting journals or photocopies of journal/newspaper articles. Your requested books arrive at Gutman Library usually within 3 to 5 business days. Once notified by email, books can be picked up at the Gutman Library Circulation Desk.

How to use PALCI E-ZBorrow?

    Five  easy steps:
  1. Search PhilaFind to determine whether the Library owns the
    book(s) you need.
  2. If the books are not currently owned by Gutman Library or are currently checked out or otherwise unavailable, use PALCI E-ZBorrow.
  3.  Connect to PALCI E-ZBorrow here

                                   4.  Getting  connected:

Drop the initial two zeroes from the colleague ID number when you enter it.
