The Post-Master's Certificate in Midwifery is available for individuals who already have a master's degree in a health related discipline from a regionally accredited program and are looking to expand their knowledge with a certification in Midwifery.
The program of study is the same as the M.S. in Midwifery without the following four master's related courses:
- MMW-712 Introduction to Health Policy
- MMW-720 Critical Inquiry I
- MMW-721 Critical Inquiry 2
- MMW-7XX MS Elective
Nurse Practitioners and other health care providers with a master’s or doctoral degree may be eligible for our advanced placement option.
