Faculty and Staff Webadvisor
Webadvisor is a resource for faculty and staff to report grades, look at class rosters and view their administrative information.
If experiencing issues logging into Webadvisor the user should visit the Password Reset Page and reset their password. If resetting their password does not allow the user to log in contact the Technology Help Desk for assistance.
Inputting Grades into Webadvisor

Time Entry / Time Card
Time Entry allows faculty and staff members to easily record their hours and keep track of sick and vacation days. To access Time Entry, log onto Webadvisor and click the "Time Entry" link under the Time Entry and Approval menu.
For Time Entry issues contact Payroll at 215-951-2963.
If there is an error on the faculty or staff member's time card and a resubmission is necessary, contact the staff member's administrative supervisor as they can dismiss the entry and allow a Time Card resubmission.
Class Roster
Faculty members are able to view their class roster through Webadvisor. For grading instructions visit the Grading Instructions Page.
If facult members have questions about registered students or the roster section of Webadvisor contact the Registrars Office at 215-951-2990.
