FacStaff Email Setup on Outlook (Mac)

To more easily access your email on a Mac you are able to connect the Philadelphia University email account through Microsoft Outlook as to save time from logging in repetitively. Below are the directions on how to do so.

1. Open 'Microsoft Outlook' on your Mac.

2. Click on the "Outlook" Tab at the upper right of your screen and select the "Preferences" drop down.

3. Click on the "Accounts" button in the upper row of options.

4. Select the "Exchange Account" button.

5. In the following window type in your email address at the top "username@philau.edu"

6. Make sure the "Method" drop down under Authentication is "User Name and Password"

7. Type in your Username and Password below the drop down as you normally would when logging into webmail or Webadvisor.

8. Click on the "Add Account" Button.

9. If it asks for a server for verification or error purposes please use "luna.philau.edu"
