Office Computer Information
Your issued computer is purchased by the University for work purposes. They are all managed and maintained by the Office of Information Resources staff through the Technology Help Desk.
Troubleshooting tips
If you are having trouble with your computer please try the following steps.
- Restart the program you are working in
- Restart the computer
- Reset your password if you are unable to log into PhilaU services

Software included on Faculty and Staff Computers
Each Faculty and Staff computer is equipped with the following
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Adobe Photoshop CS5.5

Requesting new Hardware
If you are looking for new hardware you must contact your departmental assistant and they will contact the Technology Help Desk with your request.
