Telephone and Voicemail Information

You can log into your voicemail by dialing x2500 from your phone on campus or by dialing 215-951-2500 from off campus. 

Enter your mailbox number and voicemail password at the prompt to access your messages.

 

Unified Messaging in Microsoft Outlook

With Exchange Unified Messaging voicemail messages are delivered directly into your inbox. You see them right beside your e-mail when you open up Outlook, or if you like retrieve them by dialing into into your voicemail box.

To use your telephone to access your e-mail, calendar and contacts, call your access number (x0100 or 215-951-0100) and enter your PIN at the prompt.

- Your access number(s): 2159510100

- Your phone extension

- Your PIN: (setup when you access Unified Messaging for the first time)

Reset your Voicemail Pin

You can reset your Philadelphia University Unified Messaging voicemail PIN if you have access to a Windows-based computer and Internet Explorer.

Directions using Internet Explorer

1. Using Internet Explorer, browse to Outlook Web Access (Webmail) at http://mail.philau.edu.

2. Log in with your network username and password.

3. Locate the Options button and click on it.

4. Browse to the Voice Mail option.

5. Click on the Reset Voice Mail PIN... link

6. Click OK to confirm.

7. Browse back to your Inbox; you will receive an informative e-mail alerting you to the reset and its new PIN code. -or- For those who are on campus or connected through VPN, you can also reset your PIN code in Microsoft Outlook.

Directions Using Outlook 2010 on a PC

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.

2. In the Tools menu, choose Options.

3. Locate the Voicemail tab

4. Under Telephone Access, click the Reset PIN button.

5. Click OK in each of two windows to confirm.

6. Browse back to your Inbox; you will receive an informative e-mail alerting you to the reset and its new PIN code.
