Welcome to the Technology Help Desk'sFaculty and Staff SupportThe Technology Help Desk is a "one-stop-shopping" point of access, for Philadelphia University's computer users. Our mission is to provide assistance and follow-up on services provided by the Office of Information Technology. These services include support for faculty, staff, and student computers; voicemail, cable, and telephone requests; network and e-mail accounts; administrative computing systems; and academic computing labs. Our staff at the Technology Help Desk look forward to providing you with timely and informed assistance with your computing needs. For urgent issues, the help desk can page a support specialist (during daytime hours) for same-day response.
