Corpus Christi, Texas: Pulmonology/Critical Care Physician Assistant
Progressive pulmonology group in Corpus Christi, Texas is seeking a physician assistant who desires a career in pulmonary and critical care medicine. Initially, the PA will work in the outpatient pulmonology office seeing a variety of pulmonary illnesses. Motivated PAs who desire to increase their skills and income will have the opportunity to grow into the critical care/ ICU aspect of the practice. The PA will learn invasive procedures, round on ICU patients, and develop an understanding of sleep medicine. This position will start as a 40 hour work week. However, as the comfort level increases, the PA will have the opportunity for more hours and more pay assisting with the ICU service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a PA to develop skills in caring for critically ill patients. Willing to consider new graduates with background in critical care nursing, respiratory therapy or high motivation for this field. Experience is a plus and will be rewarded in compensation. Compensation to start at $85,000 for new graduates. Increased compensation for experienced providers, $100,000+. Incentive based bonus: $10,000 annual bonus for extenders who produce > $200,000 in revenues (very obtainable). 2 weeks paid vacation, CME: 5 days and $2,000. Exciting Cardiology job opportunity for motivated Physician Assistant (in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware County). The right candidate would join an existing staff of 6 cardiologists and 2 PA’s. Duties would be split between outpatient and inpatient coverage, to include stress testing, consultations, admissions and hospital and office follow-ups. Weekend responsibilities will be Q4 with no night call.
