About LEAD

What are the requirements to be accepted into the LEAD Program?

  • You must be registered and currently attending Jefferson University;
  • You must be at least Sophomore status at the time of the program;
  • You must have a minumum GPA of 3.2;
  • You must have previous leadership experience and articulate that experience effectively during the application process;

If you have specific questions please email them to the email address below.  The attitude of the leadership team is "when in doubt...apply".  If you are interested but are unsure of your fit for the program, we encourage you to apply and be part of the process. All applicants are evaluated individually.  It is very important that the application is filled out thoughtfully and entirely. If you are not accepted into the program at first it does not mean you cannot be accepted in the future.  If you are not accepted you will be provided a full explanation as well as given any advice and direction as to what you might be able to do to better prepare yourself for LEAD in the future.
