Interior Decorating The non-credit Interior Decorating certificate program is This certificate program is geared towards those students who wish to gain knowledge of the interior decorating essentials for career enhancement or personal enrichment.  The eight required courses, as well as optional elective courses, prepare students for an entry-level position in the interior decorating field.  Courses are offered in the fall, spring and summer semesters and course offerings vary per semester.
