ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to access admissions information through WebAdvisor, a web-based service.
View:
- Profile information (mailing address, telephone number, etc.)
- Application Status
- Received/Missing Documents
- Financial Aid awards (for students who file a FAFSA)
Keep in mind that information about the admissions process, your admissions decision, etc. will still arrive to you by postal mail. It is important to read all materials carefully as they may contain details we are not able to post in this online format.
How will I know that my WebAdvisor account is ready?
Please do not attempt to set-up an account on your own. We will create your UserID and Password for you.
Once your application has been processed, and your WebAdvisor account has been created, we will let you know.
We will send you a postcard and, if you provided an email address for us on your application, we will also send you an email.
What is my WebAdvisor UserID?
Your UserID is your home phone number, as indicated on your application, without any parentheses or dashes.
For example, if your phone number was (215)951-2800, you would enter 2159512800 as your UserID.
If you did not list a home phone number on your application, then your cell phone number was used to create your UserID.
What is my WebAdvisor Password?
Your Password is your 6-digit date of birth in mmddyy format. Do not use any dashes or slashes.
For example, if your date of birth was January 2, 1993, you would enter 010293 as your Password.

You can access your account from the link below or at the top of any PhilaU web page by clicking on “WEBADVISOR.”
