Biography
Greetings from Philly U! My name is Sarah Murphy and I hail from Sicklerville, NJ (that’s South Jersey, FYI). I am majoring in Interior Design; I transferred to Philadelphia University from Rutgers University in the fall of 2007. Additionally, I am a Resident Assistant in Ronson Hall. I love hanging out with my friends in my room; we stay up late watching movies in our pajamas During the weekends, I love to take the bus or train into the city and go to thrift stores and take pictures. When I’m not in studio working on designs, you can probably find me roaming around campus, looking for adventure.

Favorite book: Round Ireland with a Fridge
Favorite animal: Cat
Favorite color: Red
Favorite place on campus: My room - it’s so bright and cheery.
Favorite food: Mac and Cheese!

Advice for students applying to college: Never feel like you have to settle on a school - you will know when you find the right school. Always ask yourself if you could see yourself at the school; like a great pair of shoes, college should “just feel right.”
