Transfer Applicants
	Official College Transcript(s) from all colleges/universities attended.
	Please note: All transfer students who enroll at the University must also submit an official final high school transcript showing proof of graduation or GED scores.
	High School Information
	Official High School Transcripts or GED scores, as well as SAT and/or ACT scores, are required for transfer students who have completed less than 30 college credits. Students who have earned 30 college credits, but have not completed a college level math course, must also send official high school transcripts.
