Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design

Bachelor of Architecture (5-year)
Beginning with applications for fall 2007, transfer students* seeking admission to the 5-year Bachelor of Architecture program should be aware that they may need to submit a portfolio with their application and other required materials.  Admission to the 5-year Bachelor Architecture program is extremely competitive and transfer students with a cumulative college grade point average (GPA) of less than 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) are rarely admitted.

Please read the following information to determine what materials or documents should be submitted to the Office of Admissions.

Transfer students* who completed design or studio course work (other than drawing):  In addition to the required application materials, please submit a minimum of 12 images of work on a clearly labeled CD.  The body of work should be representative of your completed design or studio courses.  No CD will be returned unless accompanied by a sufficiently sized, self-addressed, stamped envelope.  If submitting actual artwork, it should be no larger than 11” x 14" in size.  Artwork will be returned if you supply a pre-paid courier mailing label or envelope.  To expedite an admissions decision, we recommend that you send your CD or artwork with your application.

Transfer students* who have no previous design or studio courses completed (other than drawing):  At this time no portfolio is required.  Please submit all required application materials You will not be eligible for advance standing in our studio sequence.
