Tell me about your major:
Graphic Design is a major that not only allows you
to express yourself and your own ideas, but it also
allows you to help others express ideas, who might
not have the creative talent to do so on their own.
It requires you to work as an individual, but also
as a member of a team. In time, a Graphic Designer
will learn to be critical of everything, because it
is the only way to work towards improvement. Plus
it’s a lot of fun!
Why did you become an Ambassador?
I have had a tremendous experience here at
Philadelphia University so far and because of this I
want to be a positive resource for prospective
students.
Are you a member of any clubs or organizations?
Resident Assistant (Student Development), AIGA,
Student Alumni Association, Outdoors Club
What do you like about
Philadelphia University?
I am in awe of the beautiful campus, which is
what initially attracted me to the University. I
also love the diverse culture on campus, the
professional atmosphere of the school, and the close
relationships between professors and students.
Do you have any advice for prospective students
on tour?
No question is a “stupid” question, so ask
anything and everything you want to know. This
could potentially be where you will spend the next
four or more years of your life, so be informed and
try to envision yourself being a student on campus.
Determine if Philadelphia University is the right
fit for you.
What do you like to do in
your free time?
I love doing anything outdoors. I like
experiencing new things; hanging out with great
friends; meeting new people; dancing; laughing; and
of course, going to concerts!
Do you like Philadelphia cheesesteak? If so,
where can I find the best cheesesteak?
Of course! I am some what biased I must say,
because I have only been to Delesandro’s. It was
wonderful though, so that would be my
recommendation.
