Schedule a Visit

Visiting Philadelphia University is the best way to determine if this is the right school for you.  While you’re in town, take a short ride into Center City and run the art museum steps like Rocky, eat a cheesesteak, or tour part of America’s most historic square mile including sites like Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell.

To experience campus life at Philadelphia University during a typical class day, we encourage a weekday visit during the months of September through April, excluding breaks and exams.  We also offer opportunities to see campus during the summer months of mid-May to mid-August.  We provide tours of campus during semester breaks; however, these are not ideal days to visit campus as classes will not be in session, many students may leave campus, and some residence halls and academic buildings may be closed.

Campus Tour & Meeting with an Admissions Counselor (Monday - Friday) >>

Be sure to bring a list of your questions! You may also be able to schedule a meeting with a faculty member or athletic coach.

The walking tour of campus is split into two parts. You will tour one half of campus for 45 minutes, meet with a counselor for about 20 minutes, and then tour the second half of campus for approximately 45 minutes.

Open House Programs

Our Open House program allows you to join us for a unique opportunity to experience a comprehensive campus visit.  At the Open House, prospective students and families will meet with various academic departments, chat with professors and department chairs, and speak with current students about their ongoing research and projects.  This is an excellent time to network with other prospective students, view multiple residence hall options, meet with athletic coaches, discuss details about study abroad opportunities, and sample our dining services offerings!  You will also tour campus with our student Rambassadors and visit residence hall rooms.

Spring Open House will be held on:

April 14, 2012

Architecture Major

"I never expected the setting to be this beautiful. When I look toward campus I see trees and all the green space. Then I turn around and see Philadelphia's skyline. It's really impressive."
