General Provisions

• My student account reflects all applicable Philadelphia University charges, including, but not limited to tuition, room and board.
  
  
• All applicable federal, state and institutional aid, and/or direct payments are reflected on my student account.

Repayment and Finance Charges

• I promise to pay any fees, fines or penalties added to my student account, which are related to my attendance at Philadelphia University, including, but not limited to parking fees or fines, library fines, health services, health insurance, or other University charges.
  
  
• If I accept financial aid to satisfy all or a portion of my financial obligation, I understand it is my responsibility to meet all requirements for fund disbursement to my student account. I authorize Philadelphia University to use the financial aid to pay education costs charged to my student account.
  
  
• Failure to pay my outstanding balance will result in Philadelphia University assessing a 1% finance charge.

Withdrawal

• I am considered in attendance until formal notification is submitted to the Office of the University Registrar.
  
  
• If I withdraw from Philadelphia University, I understand I am responsible for paying any remaining balance on my student account in accordance with withdrawal policies.

Transcripts and Diploma

• The University will withhold my official transcript and/or diploma until my financial obligations have been satisfied.

Future Registration

• The University will prevent future semester registration until my financial obligation is satisfied.

Completion of activities on the Philadelphia University website represents acknowledgement of my understanding of the above terms and conditions, as well as my agreement to these terms and conditions.
