Internship Search and employment options

Part-time and full-time internship options are available throughout the year to students, contingent on employer needs. Students who are engaged in an internship search, are encouraged to utilize the Internship Search Action Plan (PDF) and attend related internship search strategy workshops offered by Career Services. Students can find out more about these workshops or register to attend by logging into their CareerLink account and searching under the events tab.

Students can also contact Career Services to schedule an appointment to discuss search strategies and available tools and resources in more detail.

Students earning credit for their internship must be employed for a minimum of 12 weeks to ensure that the student receives an in-depth internship work experience. Employment may extend past 12 weeks if desired by the employer and student, but students may not register for more than a maximum of 6 credits or 2 semesters of an internship.
