M.S in Fashion Apparel Studies

This graduate program is for the professional interested in developing advanced-level management and technical expertise associated with one of the world’s largest employers: the fashion/apparel industry. Through a carefully designed educational program, the student develops unique analytical, creative and problem-solving skills. Graduate students with differing professional goals and interests are brought together in common courses and the seminar program.

The curriculum includes core and elective courses and a choice of writing a Research Paper or writing and defending a Thesis. The Research Paper option includes 25 hours of core courses, 9 credit hours of electives and 3 credit hours for the Research Paper. The Thesis option includes 22 hours of core courses, 6 credit hours of electives, 2 credit hours for Thesis Preparation and 4 credit hours for completing the Thesis.
