• Graduating students who are participating in commencement exercises are expected to arrive at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts by 9:30am.
• Please leave personal belongings with family members before reporting to the student area.
• Rest Rooms – please use the rest rooms in the Mann Center before reporting to the student area.
• Academic attire (i.e. cap and gown) is required for participation.
• The Graduate Processional begins promptly at 10:45am.
• Students not in line by 10:30am will be removed from the marching list and their names will not be announced.
• Tickets are required for all guests.
• Seating for guests is unreserved general admission.
• A parking fee is charged at the Mann.
• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the commencement ceremony.
• Video cameras are not permitted inside the Mann.
• Balloons are not permitted inside the Mann.

PLEASE NOTE: May 2008 diplomas will be mailed to graduates 8-10 weeks after the Commencement Ceremony.
