Maribeth Kradel-Weitzel is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and holds an MFA in Graphic and Interactive Design from Tyler School of Art. She serves as Assistant Professor of Graphic Design Communication and is the principal of the internationally award-winning firm, Kradel Design.
An active participant in the design community, Maribeth Kradel-Weitzel is the President of the Philadelphia chapter of AIGA: The Professional Association for Design. Before that appointment, she served as AIGA Philadelphia's Vice-President for two years, and Education Chair for three years. During that time, she authored and curated 'Wear Your Voice', a student competition and exhibition that promoted the creation of socially conscious and wearable messages.
