We all come to Philadelphia University with bold and innovative ideas. It’s our distinct curriculum that enables our students to transform these ideas into groundbreaking research, market-driven solutions and cutting-edge products. Our culture of innovation starts on campus and knows no boundaries.
In response to this need for investment, Philadelphia University embarked on an ambitious capital campaign in July 2009, with a goal of raising a minimum of $40 million by June 2014. With more than $50 million raised to date, we have surpassed our goal well ahead of schedule. This unprecedented success would not be possible without the generosity of all our donors. However, our work is not done. The Campaign is just beginning to have a transformational effect on campus, most visibly in the form of the DEC Center, the home of the Kanbar College of Design, Engineering and Commerce, as well as the Arlen Specter Center for Public Policy and the Center for Sustainability, Energy Efficiency and Design. It is also funding scholarships and financial aid for deserving students, and advancing the University’s innovative curricula.
