Parkhurst Dining is a leader in providing award-winning food service management to the finest college, universities, businesses and special venues. We are a division of Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, which has been making guests smile for more than 60 years. Our Foundation is built on delivering authentic culinary experiences.  Our personal commitment to excellence and decades of experience satisfies our guests and has them looking forward to their next meal prepared especially for them at any Parkhurst location

Our Food

Food is the center of our world.  We strive to make your dining experience more than just a meal. Farm-fresh, flavorful and consistently prepared from-scratch food is what our guest will experience. 

Through FarmSource we source products from local farms, food production owners and artisans.  Your Philadelphia University dining experience will include products from Philadelphia's own Amoroso Baking Company, Hatfield Meats, Taste of Philly Pretzel Company, and produce from Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op and Pocono ProFoods

Our food is prepared from scratch in the kitchens here at Philadelphia University.  By preparing menu items from scratch we are able to control what's in the food.  Our soups are made from fresh stock and thickened with cornstarch, our pizza dough is made daily and cooked in brick ovens.  We will prepare items fresh, made to order at Bravo in Ravenhill Dining Hall and Action By Design at Common Thread.
