The center offers a variety of events on campus and strives to help PhilaU connect to the wider entrepreneurship community in and around Philadelphia.

Take a look at some of our campus programming below:

  • Nexus Maximus (September):

Nexus Learning is Philadelphia University’s unique approach to education – learning that is active, collaborative, and engages in the real world.

This fast-paced “sprint” project is designed to provide students a unique learning opportunity while solving challenging, real world problems.  We bring students together from a number of schools and disciplines.  Student teams evaluate and seek innovative impactful solutions with concepts that can encompass the built environment; food and nutrition; physical fitness, law and policy, and recreation products and services, and more.  The team project work is supplemented with workshops on innovation, entrepreneurship, and content relevant to the theme, delivered by experts.

  • Top Ram (December):

The Top Ram Business Model Competition allows students to pitch their innovative business model in a bid to be the Top Ram. The winner of the Top Ram competition will demonstrate an innovative, impactful and viable business model. This competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students (individual or group) and the winners will receive cash and other prizes.

  • Workshops & Speaker Series: #DesignYourFuture (Spring) | #OwnYourFuture (Fall):

Our weekly speaker series where we invite entrepreneurs and industry experts in the community to share their stories or do a workshop on a topic

  • Student Bosses :
