Applying for Aid
Philadelphia University requires that all students who are applying for
aid from the University file the Free Application for Federal Student
Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA can be completed at
www.fafsa.ed.gov (please follow instructions listed on
their website or click here for our step by step guide. ) after January 1, 2012 for the 2012-13 academic year.
If you prefer a paper FAFSA, you can call 1-800-4-FED-AID to obtain one or contact the financial aid office.
You will need to have your PIN number available to fill out the FAFSA. If you need to apply for a PIN or have forgotten your PIN number, you can obtain the necessary information at www.pin.ed.gov.
Financial aid, regardless of its source, may not be automatically renewed. You will need to file a FAFSA once each academic year to re-apply for aid.
