Graduate Admissions
Philadelphia University is committed to providing its students with a professional education designed to meet the career challenges of the 21st Century. Our students are "Powered to Do What's Now, Powered to Do What's Next."
Smart, desirable, feasible, marketable innovation to make the world better is what we do. IT'S WHAT YOU'LL DO.
Through our innovative graduate programs and unique curricula, our programs are distinctive because we recognize that every learning opportunity has an application to practice. Academic programs have a professional focus that integrates theory and practice, is tied to industry and relies on our alumni network for collaboration, opportunities and support. Our academic courses incorporate cases, internships, co-ops, clinical rotations, preceptorships, fieldwork, field trips and service learning so that our graduates leave the University fully prepared.
At Philadelphia University, we are focused on creating an environment of interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation. Our student projects reflect these ideals and our student work regularly earns recognition and, more importantly, provides actual solutions to real world challenges. Last winter, our Global Fashion Enterprise students collaborated with Occupational Therapy students to design and develop clothing garments for five children with disabilities in our community. While providing a necessary service to their children and their families, the project also gave our students the opportunity to collaborate with individuals across different disciplines, much as they will when they enter their given industries.
