Mission:
The Human Resources Department is dedicated to providing a fair and pleasant environment for Philadelphia University’s Faculty and Staff. Through a personalized approach for every member of our university community, we are able to form relationships that will in turn foster an ethical yet dynamic environment for not only our Faculty and Staff but also their interaction with Philadelphia University students.

The Human Resources Department is with you every step of the way. Beginning with a First Day Orientation, we will recommend health care & dental benefits, and guide you through the employee handbook answering questions along the way. We will set you up in our payroll system and monitor it each pay period, tracking and maintaining any changes you wish to make to your individualized account. We will be here to assist you as your needs change in the life cycle of your employment from orientation to retirement.
