- 2-4 years previous administrative experience supporting several individuals in a very busy office.
- Strong computer skills including; MS Word and Excel, Lotus Notes and Adobe Connect
- Effective communications skills

Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree desired |

RESPONSIBILITIES: |
The person who fills this role will be responsible for answering phones and directing grant communication. Handle daily typing, filing, scanning and other administrative duties as assigned. Additional responsibilities include maintaining admissions and student files.
