National Basic Telecommunicators certification is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES: |

Staffs 24-hour Security Communications Center
-
Monitor security alarms, fire alarms and CCTV systems

Receive, evaluate and allocate resources for all emergency and non-emergency service requests

Transmit messages
-
Maintain records
