QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must have strong analytical skills and knowledge of student data systems; knowledge with using a reporting tool to create, produce and analyze reports;  proven ability to exercise independent judgement in the application of complex guidelines and regulations; and ability to work well with others in a group environment. Higher education experience in records office or related work is desirable. Experience with AdAstra and Datatel is highly desirable.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelors degree.  Master's degree preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties of the Associate Registrar include: Management of Student Clearing House (NSLC) and Act 48 reporting. Responsible for all academic classroom scheduling for all semesters and the reporting of room usage to support administrative processes and enrollment management; preparing the final exam schedule for Fall and Spring semesters; tracking grade entry to identify missing midterm and final grades; and creating and maintaining ticket times for undergraduate Fall and Spring registration. The Assistant/Associate Registrar will also assist with registration processes as needed and supervise the new student registration process.  This position will assist the Athletic Department with NCAA eligibility and is responsible for maintenance of the Honors program list, running census reports throughout the semesters and other related duties as assigned.
