Data Entry Clerk

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate will be able to efficiently and accurately process inquiry and visit data, and adapt to new technology. Minimum 1 year of data entry or administrative assistant experience. 

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High School Diploma 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and track inquiry data entry
  • Enter prospective student information
  • Maintain Visit Calendar
  • Oversee Open House Registration
  • Assist with Shadowing Program
  • Send visit confirmation and thank you letters
  • Provide backup Front Desk coverage
  • Assist as needed in all area of Operations
