 Data Entry Clerk

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate will possess good organizational skills with attention to detail, superior data-entry skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office. At least one year of prior data-entry experience and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required, familiarity with enterprise information systems or customer relationship systems preferred.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

A high school diploma is required, some college preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for creating and updating prospective student records in the University’s student information system and preparing admissions applications for review. Additional duties include answering department telephone, processing mail and filing.
