QUALIFICATIONS: |
Philadelphia University is seeking applicants to fill full-time maintenance-staff positions within the Physical Plant. Applications are being accepted from individuals having expertise in the areas of:
Applicants should have a minimum of five years experience within one or more of the above areas, be able to operate and troubleshoot applicable equipment, and hold appropriate certifications / licenses. A valid driver’s license, tools and work vehicle are also required. Shift and weekend work will be involved. |

High school diploma |

RESPONSIBILITIES: |
The primary responsibility of the Physical Plant is to work as a team to maintain the University’s campuses and support its activities. Benefits include tuition remission at Philadelphia University for employee, spouse and/or dependent children based upon a remission schedule. |
