TITLE OF POSITION:

Visual Resources Coordinator

STATUS:

 Part-time

DEPARTMENT:

 Paul J. Gutman Library

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Familiarity with Photoshop, image creation/editing software, and photography in general.

-Strong attention to detail required.

-Knowledge of art, art history and/or architecture is ideal.

-Some photography or digital imaging experience preferred.

-Previous Library, ContentDM or MDID experience a plus.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

 High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Use imaging software to create and edit high quality digital images from book or film scans in support of academic programs. Train and supervise student assistants. Help with Special Collections and other library projects as needed.
