TITLE OF POSITION:

Office Coordinator

STATUS: Full time

DEPARTMENT:

Physician Assistant Studies Program

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional office experience. Strong MS Office Suite experience along with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Associate's degree preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of high level administrative support to program administrators; assist with admissions management, including application and admission procedures, file maintenance and record keeping, invoices, purchase requisitions and general communications; provide support for program function and operation including completion ceremonies and orientations.
