TITLE OF POSITION:

Maintenance/Physical Plant Staff

DEPARTMENT:

Physical Plant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of five years experience in either Plumbing/HVAC, painting or carpentry skills
• Be able to operate and troubleshoot applicable equipment
• Possess a valid driver’s license, tools and work vehicle

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Hold appropriate certifications / licenses

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary responsibility of the Physical Plant is to work as a team to maintain the University’s campuses and support its activities
