POSITION VACANCY

 

TITLE OF POSITION:

Programmer Analyst

STATUS: Full-time

DEPARTMENT:

Information Resources

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three or more years of maintaining administrative software in a college setting.  Programming skills are required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to come up with effective solutions
  • Demonstrated experience integrating web applications with database technologies.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to a fluid work environment, including team and independent responsibilities.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Working knowledge of Java, .net and SharePoint will be favorably considered.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • BA/BS degree is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide software and functional support to users of the Colleague application.  Currently the University uses Datatel’s Colleague as our campus wide ERP system.
