QUALIFICATIONS: |
- Minimum of two years experience in a registrar's office or a minimum of five years experience in another student-service role at a comparable institution.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize and successfully respond to multiple requests in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Ability to understand, interpret, apply and explain complex academic policies and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically in person, over the telephone and via email.
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships that improve internal operations within and outside of the immediate team.
- High level of computer proficiency including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Access.
- Knowledge of the University's Datatel system is preferred.

| EDUCATION
REQUIRED: |
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
|

RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Supports the University Registrar with daily operations while exercising sound judgment, interacting diplomatically and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Responsible for systems management for all registration-related activities, testing of system upgrades and requested enhancements, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the student academic records by complying with FERPA and Philadelphia University policy.
