TITLE OF POSITION:

Visiting Assistant Professor of United States History

DEPARTMENT:

School of Liberal Arts

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• PhD in post-1865 United States History, with special consideration given to candidates with a focus in urban or Philadelphia history.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary teaching responsibilities include a thematic post-1865 survey course with writing and critical thinking emphasis. 
• The position is renewable up to five years.
