Faculty Position

Title of Position:
Visiting Assistant Professor of Accounting

Full time, temporary

School of Business Administration

Minimum of two years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or Graduate levels. Three-five years of industry experience in a CPA firm or corporation is preferred.

Education Required:
Minimum of master’s degree in accounting; doctoral degree preferred. ABD will be considered. CPA credential preferred.

This is a nine-month position. The appointed candidate will be responsible for teaching Undergraduate and Graduate accounting courses (12 credits/semester); will supervise internships; will serve as an undergraduate student advisor; will participate in services as required by the Dean.
