Title of Position:
Associate Registrar


Office of the Registrar

A minimum of three years of progressive experience in a college/university registrar’s office.

Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.

Responsible for all degree audit processes. Responsible for all campus graduation processes for students. Verifies completion with certifying officials. Responsible for all academic standing procedures for Dean’s List, probation and dismissal. Communicates with affected students. Serves as principal report writer for the Registrar’s Office. Primary office user of report portal. Processes all changes of major, minor, certificates and concentrations. Assists Campus Registrar in all office administrative responsibilities. Serves on academic and curricular committees. Assists in student registration processes. Works with colleague areas in updating student statuses. Manages office Federal Work Study students. Assumes administrative responsibilities of the Campus Registrar in the Registrar’s absence. Knowledge of FERPA regulations. Excellent computer skills. Excellent organizational and oral and written communication skills. Strong commitment to customer service is essential. Exellent interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork.
