Director of Admissions


Enrollment Management


The Director of Admissions directs all day-to-day activities related to the recruitment, application completion, selection and yield for the graduate application pools; all efforts are focused on optimizing applicant and advisor relationships as well as funnel conversion rates in the achievement of stated goals.  This is a highly collaborative position that leverages the work of academic partners, administrative partners, and Office of Enrollment Management colleagues to achieve goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
•    8-10 years of experience in enrollment management and/or admissions
•    Experience with enrollment-related technology (SIS, CRM, Microsoft Office)

Education Required:
Candidates must have an earned bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree is preferred.

Summary of Duties:

•    Application Generation:  Work with members of Enrollment Management team to develop and implement strategies that generate applications for assigned application pools.  Direct activity of staff members responsible for aspects of implementation.
•    File Review and Selection:  Direct all activity related to the review and selection of applicants to assigned application pools.
•    Application Conversion:  Direct activity related to the conversion of applications throughout the enrollment funnel.
•    Communication:  Direct activity related to communication with applicants throughout the enrollment funnel.
•    Operations/Processing:  Direct activity related to the processing of documents, etc., throughout the admissions process.
