Qualifications:
5-7 years of work experience in enrollment and/or recruitment in a post-secondary adult-education environment.

Education Required:
Bachelor’s required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities:
The Director of Recruitment in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies is responsible for effective administrative planning, execution and evaluation of all student recruitment efforts including inquiry and application generation, communication and marketing strategies.  The Director of Recruitment will collaborate extensively with colleagues within the School, internal administrative partners, faculty, students and continuing education professionals.
•    Develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment management, recruitment, outreach, and marketing plans, which will lead to inquiry and application generation to meet the School’s enrollment goals for the undergraduate accelerated  degree completion program, employee continuing education programs, and credit/non-credit certificate programs; along with assisting Program Directors with recruitment and enrollment initiatives in their respective programs.
•Responsible for responsiveness to student applicants and the quality of their experience.
•    Coordinate with University’s Public Relations Department to develop and implement the School’s strategic marketing initiatives
•Manages the School’s social media recruitment initiatives
•Measures and modifies the efficacy of the School’s enrollment management plans to facilitate meeting enrollment goals.
•Understanding of the production and analysis of data in order to identify enrollment and student demographic s/trends
•Work closely with the Director of Admissions to ensure smooth transition from the recruitment and ultimate enrollment of students.
•Ability to work adjustable business hours to meet the needs of the adult/non-traditional student population, as required.
