Title of Position:
Financial Aid, Administrative Assistant


Office of Institutional Advancement

•    Customer service in student centered orientation is necessary
•    Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Able to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Must be detail oriented

Education Required:
High school diploma

•    Primary point of contact for students and parents
•    Coordinates office functions in the financial aid office, including ordering supplies and opening mail
•    Ability to provide helpful and accurate information to all students and parents
•    Work with Microsoft Office Suite to communicate with students, parents and alumni
•    Assist with Perkins Loan program
