Title of Position:
Senior Programmer Analyst


Office of Information Resources

• CRM development and support experience, including cross-platform integration (Salesforce a plus)
• Excellent SQL query writing skills and knowledge of developer tools, such as SQL Server Management Student/SSIS, SQL Developer, Toad, Argos
• Experience with Banner, preferably Banner 9 and the extensibility toolkit
• Solid foundation in object oriented programming language (Java, C#)
• Experience with document imaging system is ideal (ImageNow)
• Ability and willingness to adapt to a fluid work environment, including team and independent responsibilities
• Ability to mentor and support other staff members
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with professionals across campus.

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information science preferred.


Provide software and functional support to users of Salesforce, Banner, Argos reporting, document imaging and other third-party and custom applications.

In collaboration with administrative computing team and other IS&T staff:
1. Programming, reporting, documentation and troubleshooting for Salesforce and SISS and associated applications (including limited off-hours support)
2. SQL query writing and data management, including ETL development (T/PL-SQL, Argos, Stored Procedures, SSIS)
3. Manage development life cycle, including gathering requirements from end users, testing plans and iterative development
4. Support third-party integrations, including Salesforce (Apex), ImageNow (iScripts), Starfish (SSIS), etc.
5. .NET and/or Java Development (Webforms, MVC/Groovy, Grails)
6. Understanding, in depth, the business processes supported by the system
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Administrative Computing
