Model Information Literacy Plans

University - Wide Plans

Vogel Library: Wartburg College  - Information Literacy Across the Curriculum (ILAC)
Some of the  Departmental Plans are similar to our school outcomes grids for Year 1 and Year 2 students,
where we have outlined specific outcomes and relate which courses in which schools are targeting these outcomes.
The Departmental Plans provide examples of how to present this information, and which IL Outcomes have been targeted.

Mildred F. Sawyer Library: Suffolk University - Student Learning Outcomes: Assessment Plan for Information Fluency (rev 2004). This approach starts with targeted IL Outcomes, and provides details on how to achieve them.

Indiana University Bloomington Libraries - An Assessment Plan for Information Literacy (1996)
Another good example of beginning with targeted outcomes and providing details for meeting them.
This structure could also be adapted to the school level.

Queensland University of Technology (NZ) - Learning for Life: Information Literacy Framework & Syllabus
A very detailed plan, with several parts.
