ORIENTATION
International Student Programs holds a two-day orientation for new students each semester. It is essential that you attend as it is designed especially for the international student. Not only will you receive valuable information, but you can start meeting your other classmates right away.
Fall 2008 Orientation dates:
Monday, August 18 - full day of information sessions, campus tour.
Tuesday, August 19-Wednesday, August 20 : START program for first-year students only.
Wednesday, August 20 : START program for transfer students only.
Thursday, August 21 - Sunday, August 24: New Student Orientation (NSO) program forALL new students
Monday, August 25: Classes begin.

SEVIS: All universities and colleges
have been mandated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to use the Student and Exchange Visitor
Information System (SEVIS)

students may apply to live on-campus in the University’s
various resident halls. For more information contact the Office
of Residence Life or the Office of Admissions
Off-campus housing:
There are many off-campus housing options for students who
choose it whether they are graduate or undergraduate. Here is a
